They arrived in a shrink wrapped plastic bag. I took them off the plastic hoping they would fluff up. They were very wrinkled. They seem to lack filler and there is none in the corners, not at all like the picture. Very disappointed. I don't recommend them at all

The pillows arrived vacuum packed as described but when I opened the box they set up very well. I really like the wire edges, they look very strong. I ordered 20 x 20 inserts for 18 x 18 throw pillows which was recommended. My throw pillows are nice and "fluffy" and definitely don't go flat. I would recommend buying the inserts two inches larger than the pillow you intend to put them in so they don't look flat. I highly recommend these pillow inserts.

Ordered these to go with our 18" x 18" pillowcases. They looked very large and flat when shrink wrapped. They swelled up right away but still looked pretty disappointing. After fluffing them up a bit by hand, these 20" x 20" inserts are perfect for my 18" x 18" cases! Compared to my old earbuds, they are not as dense but lighter and fluffier. This set of two 18" x 18" pillow inserts are a little smaller than expected. Both pillow inserts are delivered in a box and sealed in separate vacuum bags. Pillow bags have enough slack in one end so you can open them without damaging the pillow. After removing the pillows from the vacuum bag, they will be a bit flat and will take a while to expand.
