Does not really look like the picture

Does not really look like the picture. It has to be taken out of the tube to be seen. I wanted this because it looks like you could read it through a hole/slit in the tube without removing it, but there really isn't a hole. The tube is made of durable aluminum. I ordered it again to be on the safe side and got the same thing twice.

Image slightly mismatch

Fits my purpose of having a small and inexpensive thermometer with a protective cover. The only potential problem (for some) is that the actual photo is incorrect. The product I received has a sleeve that completely covers the tube and the sleeve has to be completely removed to read it. Very happy with this item.

I have a 30 to 120 degree Fahrenheit version of this family. The thermometer is well made and the aluminum body is beautifully finished. The markings are very clear and the red liquid is easy to read. No complaints! (Also I have no way of checking the accuracy but that's not a problem for me as I'm only interested in relative temperature changes. Of course I have no reason to doubt the accuracy.) Made in the UK.
