The tool was pretty easy to use once I got familiar with it - but even after that, you need some technical knowledge to make sense of it. For example, I couldn't figure out what "Data Flow" meant - so that made me feel slightly intimidated at first (and it wasn't until I spoke to someone else who used it that I realised it's not necessarily that bad). Once you get over that hurdle, though, it is very intuitive.
