The controller that our Samsung Smart TV came with was a nightmare to use. It has 4 buttons and never seems to work. This controller is perfect. I can switch from TV to Netflix with the push of a button. No more trying to change channels.

My very old Samsung remote control died. I ordered this great value remote by comparing the compatible serial number to my old Samsung model. I specifically wanted a dedicated sleep button. All the buttons on this model are exactly the same as on my old remote. Batteries are included and so far so good.

This remote control does not work. I ordered this to replace my Samsung remote as the IR failed after 8 years. Unfortunately the replacement remote has the same problem, the IR is not responding. I will not be returning this item as it is only $7. I bought a Roku Streaming Stick+. Works great and my old Samsung TV still has a great picture.

I bought this remote to change the settings on my TV and it worked great. I lost the original remote because we used the remote from our Samsung DVD player to control both, but I was unable to change some of the picture and power saving settings with this remote. This remote control looks and works just like the original.

I lost my original remote control and ordered a new one. Upon arrival and immediately after opening the package, I found my remote control that had been lost for several years. The only difference was the Samsung logo on the device. I put new batteries in the original batteries and it didn't work. I put the same batteries in a new one and it works great. The buttons are soft on both, just like the original.
