Ideal for grilling anything

Very nice skewer set. I have used them for meat, poultry and vegetables. everything turned out very nice. The foods slide off with the handles, but I sprayed them with vegetable oil first to make it easier.

Worth the time and money.

What I really liked about the skewers is that the food cooks evenly on all sides and the meat and vegetables are easy to remove after cooking. I recommend just adding meat and veggies and being dishwasher safe.

Definitely not for me

In theory this is a great part. Unfortunately they didn't fit me at all. It turned out to be a lot easier to thread yourself onto a skewer than threading beef onto a skewer. The pushers were another disaster. In terms of cleaning, manual cleaning in combination with a dishwasher has not yet reached perfection. I wish I had a chance to try them out before the return window closes because I certainly would.

Practice makes better

I bought these to replace my single blade skewers. This solves the problem of rotating products and the impossibility of their even cooking. These skewers solved the problem. As I loaded food onto the skewers, the prongs tended to expand and compress when I got to the end. The skewers are sharp but it took some effort to put the food on and I stabbed myself with a knife a couple of times. Perhaps a tapered tip would work better than an angled cut. It really solved the uneven cooking problem and
