Flexible 1007 22 AWG Hook-Up Wire: Stranded tinned copper conductor with a PVC sheath. Good abrasion resistance and resistance to substances such as oil,solvents and chemicals: PVC Insulation that can withstand heats of up to +105°C. Easy handling,stripping,and termination: Low-fray design. Flame retardant: VW-1. This hook-up wire is recommended for internal wiring of electrical or electronic equipment.

Good wire, very large insulation comparatively to other brands.

The wire seem good (doesn't feel cheap) and the packaging/spools are nice,. Just keep in mind that the PVC insulation is huge (2.1mm//0.0825") compared to other brands of 26awg wire. For instance the NTE brand 26awg we normally use is 1.20mm//0.0470". By itself it is not a problem but when you are making wiring harnesses with 20+ wires in them the extra diameter is significant.

Cons
  • The blue color of the wire may not be universally compatible with all types of electronics or applications, limiting its utility for some users

Good Quality - my new review

I was planning on using this gauge size to connect up to 50 individual WS2812B LEDs for a wearable design. The physical flexibility and electrical specs should be more than sufficient for this application.
