The best, the insulation melts in the power wire

If you just plug it into a breadboard it might work, but it's not for soldering. When I cut, strip and bend the end to solder it to the pin, the insulation melts enough to expose the bare wire and it looks pretty silly.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No power

Too bulky for guitar wiring

Don't get me wrong. This is a great cable for connecting guitars. The problem is that the insulation is so thick that it takes up space very quickly and you end up trying to shove it into the cavity of the pot. I recommend a smaller gauge for guitar wiring.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Fantastic price for electrics

Description accurate everything works great. Because it's solid wire, it's best used in internal circuitry or other applications where you won't be working with it all the time (stranded wire is better for this purpose). Tinned wires make soldering easier. Fantastic value for money!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful
