The product had great potential but was a serious FLY. After about 2 weeks, the cap on the mouthpiece becomes almost impossible to lift off, requiring you to use your teeth, which is quite annoying. The bottle then begins to make a very loud and awkward gulp sound that cannot be prevented no matter how tight or loose the cap is or how full the bottle is. Hoping it was an accident I tried the second only to have the same problems. BUY ANOTHER FILTER AND DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

This product is good if you want a basic water bottle but I wouldn't recommend it for a filtered water bottle. What I didn't know before is that the "filter" is an activated carbon filter. This means it improves the smell and taste of water without actually filtering out many of the harsh substances in your water.
