BObsweep PetHair Robotic Cleaner Charcoal Review

broke after 5 months. Watch the video, the robot walked over a pile of pine needles and didn't pick anything up. Just cornered and makes cleaning difficult. The vacuum cleaner turns on and off and keeps saying there is a problem with the bin even though it has been cleaned properly and has no problems. I asked for an exchange and I have to pay for shipping a bad product they made. Bad attitude towards customer service. DO NOT BUY!

This is my second bObsweep and I am very happy with the product or customer service. My first bob lasted about five years before it needed repairs. When I contacted customer service they actually offered to replace my old bObsweep with their latest model for about the same price as the repair which is great! We love our BOB. I am a stay at home mom and part time nurse. This guy is a RESCUE with two large lap dogs and a baby.
