This is an excellent quality French Press. Im impressed we were able to buy it so cheaply in Bodum. The only thing that confuses me is that it cannot be fully washed in the dishwasher.

I love this press, I use it every day. It comfortably holds 3.5 cups, but you can make 4. Easy to clean and the gold looks beautiful on my desk! I am so happy with this purchase!

I bought this for my daughter who has her own house. She loves it. A cup or two in the morning and she's off to work. Easy to use. Makes excellent strong coffee, but you can change the amount of coffee grounds to your liking. She uses it every day.

I had red and the coating was starting to peel off. I wanted a coated, non-coated one, so I bought this one. Every time I use it I feel like I'm making coffee for royalty, the gold looks amazing. Made in Portugal, not China.

I have 2 of these babies (one for work and one at home) and I love them. In my opinion, the classic French bench press is right up your alley. Not wasteful like K-Cups, doesn't take long and makes delicious coffee. I haven't had any issues with the quality/assembly either.
