They are completely useless! The bar is VERY long, it hugs everything and is uncomfortable in a bra. The image I added is a comparison to a regular length bar. The heart is too small to fit properly around the nipple so you end up with this bulky, narrow, odd looking piece with a bar jutting into oblivion on either side, I'm so disappointed!

While they are very pretty and I love them, the pole is HUGE. The barbell could be a lot smaller and then the jewelry would be a lot more comfortable and still work properly, I couldn't wear it comfortably in public as the bars are so long they make the jewelry bounce and move a lot because of it very painful and uncomfortable. Will buy shorter staffs so I can still use skeletal arms.

Great jewelry, just not for nipples, these are industrial ear sticks, they are not designed for nipples and if you try to use them for that they get uncomfortably long and can easily get stuck or cause discomfort , if you are wearing a bra or similar. But it would be good for industry. Also don't try to use them on any other handlebar, it just won't fit due to the distance between the arms, it won't fit any other handlebar.
