Reading the reviews before buying the product I had doubts but my trainer uses it so I bought it. I just put a scoop in ice water and squeeze half a lemon and I'm good to go! I drink a scoop before and after strength training.

The product is effective and the good thing is that it doesn't contain any additional ingredients like most similar products. I would like to taste it. In my opinion the taste is terrible. I usually mix it with 8 ounces of water after a workout and drink it so I don't have to taste it. Something must definitely be added to mask the taste

I've been using this unflavoured BodyTech BCAA powder for years and have never been disappointed. I try to stay away from artificial flavors, so I can only use unflavored ones. Unfortunately, this means no taste and terrible taste. But as long as it's mixed with protein powder or other flavorings, you won't taste it at all.
