Bought for my 15 month old grandson, they fit him perfectly. The main reason I chose them was because they didn't look too bulky to walk in. And he doesn't, he maneuvers it all over the yard without tripping over his boots.

Pros: Cute, easy to put on even for your 2 year old, comfortable, stays dry. Cons: If you use them on snow, the snow will stick and collect under the sole. If the sole gets wet at all, the child will slide on bare ground (including snow). In that sense they are not very child friendly. I really liked them but the sole just isn't safe.

These are adorable, warm and comfortable boots for my 2.5 year old. But they are definitely not waterproof. She came home from a muddy or snowy walk in wet socks.

Had to return due to size, couldn't test the waterproofing of these boots as reviews are mixed. She has a 5.5 in most shoes. 19 months. I ordered a toddler 6. She couldn't even walk in them, they were too big. He put his hand inside the boot and touched the sock where the seam is in the upper front area of the boot, the fabric inside the fingers can pucker.
