Convenient Refillable Cartridge Set for Bohin Chalk Pencil Review

I like the marker very much. I just felt stupid not figuring out how to insert the chalk. There is no blueprint, no direction. Squeeze the top fully, the other end opens up to accommodate the chalk. The line is not as fine as Boen's mechanical pencil, but clearly visible and soft enough to mark the patchwork already on the frame. It's pure chalk with no wax...relatively easy to remove.

I am very impressed with this chalk marker. The dispenser is really well made, securely holding the chalk supplies but being able to spit them out instantly with the push of a button. The chalk fillers are thin but very strong and enough to last a lifetime. The chalk marking is fine enough for neat quilting, carving etc. A very good sharpener is also included in the set. Just bought two of these at The Road to California (a big annual quilt show at the Ontario Convention Center). They are a French company but they are made in Germany. I didn't want to buy anything but they had these fabrics to test out and oh my god!
