I go for a walk about 40 minutes almost every day. These shoes felt great the first time I laced them up and went for a walk. They didn't have to be broken in. I am a very happy hiker.

Although these shoes are not branded, they are of good quality. They are sturdy and can break in, but are more like a boot than your flexible tennis shoe. Will be a good cold weather shoe. So far, after two months, it feels good and the price is right and affordable.

We really wanted to like these shoes but they were VERY tight for my skinny 13 year old boy. He usually takes 10 and that was too tight. I'm only giving them a 2 because of course he can't tell how good they are as he can't even put them on. send her back

Ordered a size 9-1/2 as usual but these fit snug. Shoes without US sizing, marked with "42.5". This means I don't know if the wrong size was shipped, the factory misrepresented, or if there is a difference in the numeric base conversion between 9-1/2 and 42.5. Removing the inner foam pads helps, but the fit is still snug.
