It's relatively cheap but I'm not sure what the hole on the side of the cross ping is for. In my opinion it unbalanced the head. Overall ok for the money
Was heavier than I thought and unbalanced. I cut an inch and a half off the rounded part of the hammer and used the straight head the whole time to get the rail tips out. Now this is a tool for my smithy.
I have ordered a straight stud hammer twice and both times received a cross stud hammer. I ended up ordering from another company. I sent a photo with a hammer for the second time to show who ever pulled the order that there is a difference between a straight pin and a cross pin.
