The handle keeps coming off the mop during use (metal pins slipping out of the holes). Otherwise it serves its purpose. The product works well on wooden floors with no deposits or haze after drying. The mopping pads are excellent and wash well after use. would recommend.

I was surprised that Bona, an overall good product, got its name from this set. The "mop" is thin and easy to disassemble. At various points I held it together with my hands, glued it together and finally decided that using "hands and knees" would be faster and more effective. I've had it for a little over a month now. Thus, the rod consists of 3 parts that are connected to each other. The base didn't jam right from the start, and constantly shifted and rotated during cleaning. Eventually I gave up and used duct tape. Now the rod broke when cleaning and applying minimal pressure. Too bad because the cleaner itself is cool and the pole is rubbish.

Bought this product to wipe before showing it at home. This stuff works very well. The rag wiper works 10 times better than it is faster and covers more area due to its size. Microfiber floor cleaner works great. Leaves no residue, floors look like new. It applies quickly and dries quickly too. I bought a laminate cleaner after using it on hardwood. Costs money. I would only recommend getting a second set of cleaning wipes so you can use the cleaning products every time.

I'm clearly in the minority because I hated the cleaner! I was so determined to love the whole system but it leaves my floors dull and dirty and I can see every single sweep of the mop. I've always used Mop & Glo on my wooden floors but as they needed to be redone and I got reviews all 4 companies highly recommended Bona so I was convinced and had high expectations. I love this wooden floor cleaning system. I have been washing parquet for 3 years. I used a product that has been around forever and is a well known wood floor cleaning product. I noticed my floors got sticky after washing. I saw this product and decided to try it. I have shiny floors. This product brings out beautiful wood and adds a wonderful subtle shine. I have already ordered additional cleaning mats and cleaning liquid. I will not miss this product anymore!

Bona must have redesigned this one. The way the rod connects to the bottom of the mop is not secure so the rod separates from the mop part every time it is rotated. My roommate has an older version of this mop and it works much better. It looks like this new model will be made much cheaper. ALSO - The picture shows an older version with two raised dots on each side of the mop, but the version that came in the mail is the newer version. Therefore, the image of Revain is misleading. Overall I am happy with the cleaner but when I received this package the seal was broken and there were no instructions. No big deal, everything looked new and the mop that had to be collected was still in the sealed plastic bag. However, the mop itself is ridiculous. It's all very easy to assemble - just attach piece by piece and they snap securely into place. all but the portion that attaches the bottom of the bar to the mop itself. For some reason it's not the same metal catch - it's plastic
