In the evening, under hard, directed light, sweeping movements are visible with which the product was applied. I guess I left too light a finish? Next time I'll apply a thicker coat to see if that fixes the situation.

This is a life saver for my hardwood floors that my dog has worn through. I can't recolor because I have two older cats who would have strokes if I took them out of the house to do this, so use a floor marker in between and rub in highly concentrated black tea occasionally just before using this product. and the results are excellent and last about 6-8 weeks in heavy traffic before I repeat and a few months in spaces where my 85 lb German Shepherd is not galloping.

This product is good for creating a very thin layer of protection. However, make sure you don't rush the process. The floor must be clean beforehand. Otherwise you will "lock" dirt under this product. Also, make sure it's evenly distributed (don't overdo it) and work in batches. Finally, what I think is important is that you do NOT walk on the floor as instructed. It records your footprints.

Love this item. I don't know why it isn't available in local stores. I order it once a year to renew my parquet floors. I do the kitchen, living room, dining room and bedrooms every year about every two years. If your floors are in decent condition, keeping them there really helps.
