🌬️ BONECO A451 Steam Humidifier Anti-Mineral Pads - Pack of 6 for Optimum Performance Review

Purchased to measure approximately 2.5 inches. The product obtained was 3 inches tall. The original purchase was such that we didn't have to cut the product. It is clear that we will not buy more.

I called Boneco and they said they had selected the Revain anti-mineral pads. An anti-mineral seal is a must for Boneco vaporizers.

Does it work as advertised for the Air-O-Swiss steam humidifier? Of course. Should I charge $16 for a 6 week supply of half a dozen small cotton pads? I want someone to explain this to me.

Great product. The sponge material collects most of the mineral debris that builds up on the heated cup at the bottom of the humidifier. I replace the pad after every descaling cycle, but it turns out that the pad can last 2 or more cycles.

Perfect for my Air-O-Swiss / BONECO S450 steam humidifier. Even using filtered water, they pick up a large amount of limescale that is still forming. I just don't have to change the water as often as recommended on the package 2-3 weeks.

These pads do not absorb minerals. The texture and density of the material is different from the real BONECO pads that come with the Boneco A450 humidifier. The original pads are suitably hardened with minerals. Replacement pads do not attract minerals, they simply fall off and trap minerals on the heating plate and clog the device. And VERY VERY overpriced - probably a 1 cent item selling for $2 or more.

They keep my new Boneco humidifier clean. I change them weekly after descaling with citric acid and hot water. Hopefully this will keep this machine running longer than the first Air-O-Swiss I had which started leaking black water (!) after only 3 seasons of use. It may have been my fault for using white vinegar to clean the vaporizer. It may have messed up the print. I would like Boneco to offer a repair service.

These are not the pads I used to order from this company. The box says A451 but the box is thinner as are the pads. And this is a completely different material. These pads are also slightly wider and will likely need to be trimmed to fit. Inexpensive replacement for original pads. Very disappointed. I ordered a replacement hoping they just sent the wrong item. Maybe the pads have been replaced. nope The replacement is also wrong. Also, the replacement box arrived damaged.
