I ordered this size 7/8 dress for my tall slim five year old. It's about 2 inches longer (slips across the floor) and slightly low on the chest when the straps are adjusted to the tightest possible position. However, it goes well with her mid-zone. Oh my god, how beautiful! My little girl is 7 years old but she is tall for her age. I bought 8-9 and it's perfect. She's slim, only 50 pounds or so, but she's about 50 inches tall. Beautiful dress! I liked the quality. I got a small and quite high 9/10 and it was a bit big for my child .I've tightened the straps but I'm afraid they might come loose towards the end of the father and daughter dance so I might have to secure them to make sure they don't fall too far forward otherwise.But overall I am glad there is another layer underneath and I can feel what good quality for the price!*** UPDATE!
