Smooth operation and comfortable grip

I like the comfortable grip, the almost effortless smooth cutting and the variety of blade designs. I used mine to make tie covers and photo frames for scrapbooks. It arrived early which is a big plus in my book.

Easy and Convenient - Quilting

Hey, this thing is really cool. Never used! But I cut out big squares to make a foot blanket in my living room in front of my fireplace which lets in cold air and freezes my toes. I'm surprised it cuts so easily with a blade and not two scissors.

Pros
  • Great Construction
Cons
  • Annoying

Works great, very easy to use.

Used for a sewing project for the first time today. Cuts accurately with no gaps. Aha! Haven't used the other blades with it yet, but look forward to trying them out. It has a very comfortable handle and a safety button to lock the blade. I've used an 'other' popular brand for years, but there were just as many replacement blades available as this one, and some of them fell apart. So I thought I'd give this one a try. So far I am satisfied with the purchase.

Exactly what I was looking for!

This disc cutter works great! Very convenient and easy to use. I often print out invoices that are sent to me via email or online that require me to tear off a payment coupon. This made it a lot easier and neater! There are also regular cutting blades that come with it so it comes in handy for many types of cutting. Fabric, paper etc. It is also very easy to change blades and being left handed I understand that they are interchangeable depending on which side you mount the blade on for cutting.

Pros
  • Disc cutter
Cons

What a great tailor!

I'm new to using a cutter knife, only in the last two years have I had a good knife, but I sometimes forgot to remove the blade cover and cut myself. But I never have to worry about that. The blade only comes out as long as I hold the lever. I thought it might cramp my arm, but the week I use it (EVERY DAY, for many projects) my arm never hurts. Changing the blade is also easy. I like that it's reversible too, making it easier for left-handers to use.

Pros
  • sewing
Cons
  • boring packaging
