This plate cooks quickly and saves time when cooking. It is very easy to clean, with almost no effort. But the most impressive feature is the customer service. I had trouble frying eggs (too easy). I have never used an induction cooker, the customer service gave me an idea how to do it right and corrected my misunderstanding about the correct use of this product.

Amazing. There was no gas in our building for 4 months, so we first bought a cheap spiral burner, but it died out very quickly - it took 20 minutes to fry an egg. So we got 2 of these induction burners instead and they are heaven sent. Finally ready to cook! They heat up sooo fast! You can do anything with them. They really are better than a gas stove. You can also just keep using them even if the gas is turned on again.

I cook a lot of steaks and there can be a lot of smoke when I look at them. I wanted to cook something simple and easy right out my back door that I could easily get back in. It gets hot very quickly. Perfect browning of the steak at 420 degrees in my small iron skillet. It keeps the temperature perfectly and cools down quickly after cooking.
