It's easy for scheduling staff members, it has great customer service support if you need anything at all! I wish there was more integration with other programs like MS Project or Excel would be very helpful especially when using this tool internally within our organization as well externally working directly alongside them during their events/workshops etc.. I like how easy it is for me as an admin to view bookings of our employees, which helps us make sure they are getting enough work done so we can trust them with more responsibilities! The only thing i dislike about this program is all those different modules you have to learn - sometimes its hard knowing what each one does or if there's another module out their thats better suited towards your needs.
