Description of Bookshelf speaker system DALI SPEKTOR 1 2 speakers white

The DALI Spektor 1 bookshelf loudspeakers are the most compact in their series and are perfect for small rooms. Despite the affordable cost, the speakers are made using quality components and have a pleasant exterior finish that will allow them to easily fit into a residential interior. When creating these acoustics, DALI engineers tried to implement in it the same principles of approach to sound as in more expensive models, but remaining within a strict price range, and they succeeded. The speakers are made in a damped fiberboard cabinet, covered with high-quality vinyl film under natural wood (options - black ash or walnut). The front panel has a neat rounded bezel that enhances the appearance of the speakers and also eliminates unwanted diffraction (distortion) of sound waves. As a result, these small speakers are able to literally dissolve in the soundstage, which is very wide. The DALI Spektor 1 features a rear-panel bass reflex that is precisely matched to the bass driver. The DALI Spektor 1 speakers are equipped with a proprietary tweeter with a lightweight fabric dome that operates in an extended frequency range and has minimal sound distortion. The tweeter is mounted on a round metal chassis that acts as a small horn to increase its efficiency. In the immediate vicinity of the dome of the tweeter, special notches are made on the surface of the panel, which further align the radiation pattern to obtain a more natural sound picture. The bass driver in the DALI Spektor 1 has a diameter of 4.5 inches and is equipped with a cone made of pressed wood and paper pulp - a classic solution that has long been successfully used in speakers from this company. The diffuser is mounted on an elastic suspension, which ensures its rapid movement with a large amplitude, and the powerful magnetic system of the speaker guarantees its high sensitivity. A precisely calculated crossover ensures that the DALI Spektor 1 has a stable impedance for good matching with a wide variety of amplifiers.

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

For a long time I was going to assemble a budget stereo system for the office. At first I thought about Spectrum 2, older brothers, but then I changed my mind and have no regrets. I took it blindly, guided by a five-star rating and the most laudatory review in WHAT HIFI magazine, which called the Spectrum 2 the best budget speakers for the price of up to 200 pounds (all praise applies equally to the Spectrum 1). The speakers work in conjunction with an integrated S. M.S. L amplifier (4400)…

Pros
  • Sound, size, build quality
Cons
  • No.

A completely ordinary product, nothing remarkable.

Recently, we have gotten into the habit of watching movies in the evenings, when it is supposed not to cause inconvenience to neighbors in the form of loud sounds. And my speakers, which I use for music, have a very good sensitivity, and even a double equalization pass in the video player does not help - it still rumbles on the special effects in the room, and there is no escape from this, except to turn down the volume so that the conversations of the characters are barely audible , and even…

Pros
  • + dimensions + beautifully made + strangely enough, they turned out to have much more bottoms than one would expect based on the size, especially the diameter of the speaker When I turned it up louder, I was even surprised. The bass in the room is decent! Yes, it is not full-fledged and its quality for a sophisticated ear cannot be satisfactory, sufficient for enjoying a low register, but at a certain volume level, at least one can speak of a certain sufficient amount of low frequencies. Or rather, overtones that allow you to feel the illusion of a sufficient amount of low frequencies, but nevertheless, you do not expect such a quantity from such compact speakers, and in this vein it can even be called sufficient. + they are quite well suited for the role of watching movies, they were bought for this, but still the manufacturer positions them as full-fledged shelf speakers for music, therefore, based on their sound, I don’t have the conscience to rate them above the top three, given their price. Probably something much cheaper plays even worse, it's hard for me to judge, because. I haven’t listened to this for a long time (like all sorts of active 2.0 computer speakers there, also made of MDF, i. E. similar solutions from non-famous brands at a price 3 times less). But here people are seriously praising this model as something wonderful and even revealing the nuances of audio cards. So no, and don't expect it. It's all nonsense. Of course, they have their own niche, their own target audience, their purpose, application, etc. But it is absolutely impossible to praise them as giving a full-fledged sound. And it's not just the bottom. I would not take them to listen to music even in conjunction with a subwoofer. Because for music they are clearly rustic and deaf sound. Yes, and for cinema - with the proviso that this cinema also has a special task. I will discuss this issue below. However, I wonder how people manage to hear in them similarities with the Beyerdynamic 770. Nothing in common! Bayers - excellent sound, high resolution of the middle, bright, and only lows are not enough, but these lows do not hum.
Cons
  • - not suitable for listening to music - in terms of price / opportunity ratio, in my opinion, they are EXTREMELY overpriced Their sound is flat, boring, crumpled. The top can be considered normal, but the middle is strangled and retracted. I call such a middle "like from a shell", i. E. the vocalist speaks as if from a saucepan, somewhere on the sidelines. The vocalist's voice is not revealed, it is echo-like. This is what a horn speaker sounds like. The bass, of course, cannot be full at such sizes. And of course, in order to detect it in the overall sound picture, you will have to swing them louder, because. Their sensitivity, alas, is quite low to everything else. And even if it were high, then for the appearance of bass, you still need to add volume decently on such small speakers, only there it will appear. It will even be enough in some way, but of course in small rooms and, I repeat, at above average volumes and certainly not in all tracks. Only this bass is strained, unnatural, and it seems to me that it was the attempt to pull it on these kids that ruined the middle. Given the fact that I call my main speakers calm, moderate in brightness, the first sounds that came from Dali upset me. It was a video clip on YouTube, and the host, who had previously listened quite normally on my main ones, now became "deaf-speaking". In general, this is not so noticeable in films, because it is unlikely that you will play the film on different speakers, comparing the sound. And if you just run it for viewing, then the voices will be heard for you for the first time, and therefore you can not suspect a dirty trick. What do we have as a result in the cinema (after we realized that music is not their forte)? Alas, even cinema is not their forte. Of course, I will leave them to myself, because my task was too specific for them initially. After all, during the day I can watch movies at any volume on my main ones, enjoying the sound. If I wanted single speakers for movies only, they would NOT be the Dali Spektor 1.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

With such dimensions, you will not get the "volume" of sound, but those frequencies that win back, they win back to the conscience. Very responsive. Excellent reproduction of highs and the entire mid range. I took it in a chain store with a markdown as the last product from the batch for 6 I do not regret the purchase. They are singing. Dali.

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

Different pros: The seller reduced the price by 3 This is why I bought it. Well columns as columns small. Acquired to home theater as rear. With its cons: Wall mount not well thought out. I had to be smart with the lock so as not to accidentally throw it off the wall.

There was an idea to make a small cinema out of a free room of 15 sq. M. I bought a projector, the screen turned out to be 120 inches, the question arose of what to do with sound, I didn’t want a 5.1 system, since I also had to buy an AV receiver a bunch of wires, etc. I advised these kids at first I doubted that they would be enough, but in the end I decided to try this option and did not regret it, since the Yamaha A-S201 amplifier was already there, it turned out to save a lot. By the sound,

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

After the first inclusion and until now (for a month already) I continue to enjoy the purity of the middle, the overall detail and the composure of the sound. Ideal as a desktop speaker for low to medium volumes. If the frequency range is not subject to them (sub-bass), be prepared for the absence of some sounds. These are my first true hi-fi speakers. In general, I was pleasantly surprised that I was finally able to hear mids / highs from the speakers at the level of such headphones as the…

Pros
  • Speakers perfectly win back the middle and top. Low frequencies are also plentiful, as far as their physical size allows. Where they can play bass, they do it with high quality and resilience without hum.
Cons
  • There are no perfect universal speakers. You should not expect that these speakers will give sound pressure and reveal, for example, rock compositions.

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

I bought it in a well-known retail chain on Black Friday, plus with a discount of 500 for registration. Well, what do you say, for me it's 8 thousand. very budget HiFi for my office. I don’t consider myself a direct audiophile, but I listened to many tracks with interest, new notes appeared in comparison with Sennheiser HD 428 headphones and Microlab H500 acoustics. The absence of a subwoofer does not spoil a bit, midbass is present in all its glory.

Pros
  • The sound is not bad.
Cons
  • For this price, no.

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

I needed compact and inexpensive acoustics, since I listen to vinyl once a month or less, and there is no desire to spend money on a hi-fi system. I also wanted to save space in the apartment. I read the laudatory reviews and bought a Dali Spektr 1 after listening to it in the store. What can I say: - acoustics, as they say here, really sounds nice. It is difficult to put into words these sensations, but the music sounds soft and gives pleasure; - I would say that the sound is dry, dense and…

Pros
  • Accurate, balanced, authentic sound
Cons
  • This acoustics is worth the money, but it did not seem to me that it sounds more expensive than its cost, as they wrote here.

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

I wanted to sound the kitchen with the help of small shelves. At first I chose from dynaudio (as the main pair of floorstanders), but looking at the prices I decided that it was too cool for the kitchen and stumbled upon these little ones. Having read laudatory articles, I ordered it - the sound turned out to be really very worthy, although it did not reach the level of dynaudio. In general, for a kitchen for this price, the most.

Pros
  • sound, compact
