Booyx - A fantastic all in one solution

I love how easy it is to use and the customisation options are endless. The support team are also very helpful and always willing to assist you with any issues you may have, even though they're off-site! There's nothing I dislike about booxys as it has been such a great system to use for my business and I highly recommend using them if you need a simple but effective platform for managing your event or booking system. They've helped us with customer service, marketing, invoicing, payments etc.,

  • Great reporting facilities which can be tailored in order that suit individual needs eithre monthly reports/quarterly reviews / daily summaries (with graphs)

Booxys - Overall quality seems solid so far

I like how easy it was to integrate with our website, making it very reliable for customer communication (SMS text messages), as well as providing us with access point data to ensure we are always up-to-date. We also love receiving SMS notifications and being able to reply back quickly when needed. Also great feature of allowing multiple numbers within one account which makes sharing contacts super simple! Some fields of the platform were difficult to understand at first but now feel pretty…

  • Very robust CRM solution integrated via API interface so everything stays organized without messy emailing between people about upcoming calendar dates / meetings.,+ Customer Support has an excellent knowledge base portal built especially designed towards learning purposes if questions pop out during implementation process.+ SSO capability allows user logging through same credentials across different applications + User friendly UI
