Borla 400130 Universal Performance Muffler Review

All I have to say is that this is a quality muffler and sounds fantastic on my 2015 Silverado 5.3. I also removed the resonators.

Cut out the stock muffler and damper on a 2015 Tahoe, this fits perfectly using a 6" 2.75" piece to fill the gap and a couple of wide and narrow clamps. I love the sound, you can hear it when you step on the gas but it's still pretty on the freeway. Before that I'm a muffler, I tried a straight pipe instead of a muffler, too aggressive and annoying at cruising speed, this muffler is the perfect combination of pretty on the highway but letting us know you're driving a V8 when accelerating

I bought this muffler for my 2013 Sierra and am very impressed. I didn't want to buy the Borla Cat Back system because it was $1400. I searched until I found the muffler they use on this system and bought it individually. Perfect! Quiet in the cockpit while driving on the Autobahn and when you step on the gas you can hear everything! The exhaust at idle is enough to let you know it's out of stock. I highly recommend buying this muffler if you want Borla sound and performance at a great price…
