Great tool. I don't use it so much as a drill as I use it as an extra impact wrench. It's worth the extra weight that you can drill without having to take another drill with you. Ryobi makes a decent set of hex shank drill bits that are inexpensive and easy to replace individually.
Pros
1500 lbs of torque - has the highest torque of any other multi-function impact tool on the market

Pros
1/4" hex wrench with quick release - works effectively with most common accessories

Pros
3200 BPM/2800 RPM Transmission - Offers the best performance with the highest torque and shortest travel time.
