I don't think I've used this tool much. On the few occasions I've used it, it has performed admirably. I was able to remove the screw head, which was completely deburred and rounded off with a drill/driver. The impact of that thing generated enough torque to loosen the bolt. It was by far the most impressive skill he showed. I've also used it to screw in anchor bolts to install a TV antenna in my attic. I used a hex head adapter so I could drive 3/8" head screws. It certainly could retard screws without pre-drilling, but it seemed to take a little longer. Power from the impact wrench than I expected (maybe my expectations were too high). It couldn't turn the pull bolts as fast as I expected. You also can't beat Bosch ProVantage warranty service. When registering your tool, make sure it's registered with the ProVantage program and not the regular program. It is Totally Free Sign up with ProVantage to get related tools, so be sure to check it out.
