Visually they arrived in perfect condition, well packaged but missing the key feature and whole reason they were needed: noise cancellation. Low and high modes were the same; nearly nothing. But the sound was good and they were very comfortable to wear even with glasses! Send it back and get a new pair. Just buy them new.

First off the headphones fit like a dream, are ultra light, comfortable and have great sound. Second, and most importantly, active noise cancellation is the difference between day and night.
