Made my pup cry twice. do not recommend

Great little lightweight tie UNTIL the coating has slipped off the swivel connector a bit. My dog's short coat tangles and twists around the cord until it forms a dense mass of hair, cord and skin. It takes two people to cut the hair from the cord with the ripper. That was the second time today and now it's in the trash.

Pros
  • For dogs under 10 lbs.
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Very thin. You get knots.

It was durable to me but I ended up replacing it with a thicker one. It's so thin that it gets knotted, which you might find difficult. It also easily attaches to things. hence the knots. But I like the little clasp. It was very nice for a very small dog. The larger replacement has no knots but a much larger clasp. I can't take a single star off for that because that's all it says.

Pros
  • 20 feet long
Cons
  • Only available in black

Excellent in ground stake cord for small dogs

This cord is perfect. I originally bought it with a stake that I bought in the ground so my pup can run free when we're out without fear of getting lost. This is a pretty strong cable, it's thin, not heavy at all, and very durable. I have a 3.5lb Yorkie that I tie to this and he is free to roam without being disturbed by his usual 6ft leash. I use this when taking it to large open spaces in backcountry parks (always supervised of course). He loves to. Also, he doesn't chew like he does on his…

Pros
  • Vinyl coated cord
Cons
  • Doubtful
