A few remarks - based on the price paid (24.21...main bill), overall I am satisfied. The pot holds 14 oz. (1-3/4 cups) water. This is a wide cup and the saucer is relatively deep. The handle of the cup touches the rim of the saucer slightly and disturbingly; prevents the cup from sitting completely flat, but there is only a slight wobble. This teapot, cup and saucer set looks cute, but the quality for real use leaves something to be desired. It works, but the handle on the cup is too close to the saucer, making it difficult to lift (the bottom of the handle is on top of the saucer so you can't put your pinky finger underneath). I like it very much! Arrived in a nice secure box. Even the top of the teapot has its place. Everything is packed very securely. So nothing got broken. The Duo Botanical porcelain teapot set is also beautiful! Butterfly and dragonfly are beautiful! The teacup holds about 2 cups, which is perfect for a tea bag.
