Energizing Pre-Workout Boost!

This pre-workout supplement from Sports Nutrition definitely gave me an extra boost of energy during my workouts .As a result of using this product, I found that I was able to push myself harder and experience less fatigue. The powder mixed easily with water and tasted great. However I did experience some jitters and a crash afterwards. Overall, this product is a great addition to any gym routine. Health and Household enthusiasts should definitely give it a try!

Pros
  • Provides a significant energy boost, which can improve workout performance
Cons
  • May cause jitters and anxiousness, negatively affecting some users

Not Worth the Health Risk

This pre-workout supplement is NOT worth the risk it poses to your health and household... My analysis of this product showed that it contains dangerous levels of stimulants and other unregulated ingredients that can cause serious negative effects on your body and overall wellbeing..

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Dangerous ingredients posing health risks.

Good energy for workouts

They don't dissolve as well as BCAA bpi but I get good energy when working out with this product and haven't noticed any of the itchy side effects that some pre-workout workouts cause.

Pros
  • Powder
Cons
  • Unsure
