For most women, the middle finger or thumb can work. not so easy to use for ladies with small fingers. leave it at home anywhere in the car. PRO: Sturdy, well made, no rough edges or anything like that. Gets the job done quickly so you and your friends can get to the beer faster and not have to hunt for an opener! (Super bonus.) CONS: Very large. You must have some pretty thick manly fingers to hold on to when trying to wear them to a party and look cool. Fits well in a pocket but becomes unwieldy when wearing tight women's pants.
