I chose this headgear because I liked that it had minimal structure and that it worked! A lot of other brands seem too heavy and thick to me, I think it's harder to breathe with them. I am very happy with this model.

I wore this under a mask at work to help speak and breathe better be able. I like that it's thin, although it would be better if the face frame was made of softer and more flexible plastic. Every face shape is different! I would get 5 stars if it was more flexible in the face and nose area.

I bought these and silicone to try now as we have to wear masks when we train. These are way better. They prevent me from breathing my mask in when I'm breathing heavily. While silicone masks made me sweat even more under the mask. They are narrow, so they hold the material of the mask without increasing the warmth under the mask. Highly recommended.
