I bought these to keep my glasses from fogging up when wearing a mask. The description says it prevents glasses from fogging up. But it doesn't really help. My glasses were still fogging up. Also, I found that this guard was so small and barely fit in my face.

I love these. I have a problem with the mask on my face because you always breathe hot air under the mask. I'm claustrophobic so wearing a mask makes me a little nervous. Not with this one under my mask. It keeps the mask out of your mouth and the air you breathe is cool now. I love it.

These little jewels keep my mask off my face which means they allow me to breathe. Without it, the mask pulls right up my nose when I sweat during exercise. I hate this feeling.
