I go for a walk every day, I mean exercise walk, sometimes power walk. Wearing a mask is a must for me as I bypass many, many people doing the same. You must stay safe. These little jewels keep my mask off my face which means they allow me to breathe. Without it, the mask pulls right up my nose when I sweat during exercise. I hate this feeling. These shapes help a lot to keep my mask right in the nose area which increases my ability to breathe. I can wear the mask longer and it's more comfortable.
