Yes, they're plastic, but they don't look and don't look cheap. It looks like it's not painted plastic but stamped plastic. So the color should not fade or wear off.

Very pretty. I paired it with a gray and navy linen outfit that needed a twist. It worked. I don't wear earrings so I won't comment on them.
