Upgrade Your Brake Lights with 2X T10 921 912 Red LED 3RD Brake High Mount Stop Light Bulbs - High Power 60W 3535 Chip Review

I've been looking for a red ted 921 LED for my tundra since 2012. I had a 2012 Tundra and all the other red LEDs didn't match, so they might as well serve 168. They fit great. I also have an extra as I only need one. Very bright on the tundra in 2017.

Bought this for my 3rd brake light on my 2015 Ford F150. Easy to apply and very bright. I wanted more red so I took them. I had a bright white LED bulb but it wasn't red enough for me. I believe a red bulb and lens would be redder than a white bulb and lens.

These LED bulbs are ideal for use in a high mounted brake light behind a red lens. I have tried many other red output LED bulbs for my high mount brake light but none matched the brightness of the standard bulb. These bulbs produce a very bright red light (much brighter than standard) that looks great.

Can't comment on durability yet, but the ease of installation, clarity and brightness are second to none. 04/18/2020: They are still working and still very bright after 10 months. I had two white charge lights from the same company and one of them failed. One side of one of the white units is dead. But the reds are just as bright and functional as day one.

Lighter than standard. Starts immediately. Exactly what I was looking for for my third brake light. Update: Downgrading my rating to 4 stars. The base of the bulb was a bit flimsy to stay in the socket. A few days later I noticed that the lightbulb had fallen out and was dangling in the socket. I was able to put a few drops of solder on the leads to ensure they fit snugly in the socket. I hope I don't have any more problems.

Perfect fit for my 2010 Honda Odyssey's large 3rd brake light. Bright but not too bright. The red is very bright. It really enhances the red lens. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they come in pairs and I only needed one. In the back of my 2010 Honda Odyssey EVERYTHING would randomly fail over time. except for this bulb in my 3rd brake light. 5 STARS because you are above everyone else.

You can see all three bulbs side by side in the picture the 6000K LED shines almost as bright as this one but due to the 4 sided design of this bulb only half of its light actually hits the reflector in of the lamp, and such a high color temperature makes the light look washed out - almost yellowish. a light bulb that can effectively use all of its luminous flux. And because it's a red light, it doesn't have a blur problem. The end result is a much brighter red brake light. My only complaint…

This bulb is significantly brighter and slightly smoother than the original bulb on my 2008 Toyota Corolla and fits well. The six LEDs on each side of the lamp point to the left and right sides of the brake bar, resulting in the brake bar being evenly illuminated, much better than the original bulb which was brighter in the center and dimmer on the sides.
