🔽 Braun 81533164 Extra Wide Epilation Head, White Review

So glad I found this. I was ready to use a brand new epilator. Works great, fits. I honestly can't tell it apart from the epilator that came with it.

I received this replacement head for my Braun Silk-épil 9 after it stopped working. The new head fits my old head perfectly and works as expected.

I love my epilators but the heads fade and won't come out after a few months. Got this to replace my old one's head which has become very dull. I was very disappointed with this new head. It worked with both of my old epilators, but when used it just broke the hairs instead of pulling them out. I wish I hadn't wasted my money. I usually buy a new epilator every 6 or 7 months as I use mine a lot and couldn't find replacement heads. It would have been a much cheaper option if it worked, but…

Noticeable difference from my worn original. More hair is pulled (rather than broken) at the root and much faster; I can do all my limbs on one battery charge instead of two.

I dropped my epilator and this part broke. So instead of buying a new device, I decided to get a head. It was shipped from overseas giving me a delivery estimate of almost 4 weeks. It actually arrived pretty quickly. Within 2 weeks. I got exactly what I paid for.

I've had Silk Epil 9 for maybe 3 years or so and although I've never been inclined to epilate EVERYTHING regularly, I use it on my armpits and (the edges of) my bikini area. Excellent! So I dropped my epilator on the ceramic floor several times and broke a piece inside. I tried using it as is but it just didn't have as much hair as it used to. I usually buy a new epilator every 1-2 years, but I'm stupid. It never occurred to me to look for a replacement. Switched on and I'm impressed! And I saved a lot of money too.
