I bought this replacement head in August 2019 and noticed last week that it makes a rattling noise when I shave. I still have the original head that I put back on and it shaves better than this with no rattling noises and is now 1 1/2 years old. My previous Braun shaver had a separate replacement screen and blade. The screens have always lasted about a year and a half. This type with built in blade and screen has lasted 8.5 months and now has holes in the screen where the blades are wearing out. This can happen with older model heads, but usually after 18 months and not 8.5 months. But if you buy this screen my warning is too late because you already have a razor and this is the only replacement that will fit.
