I ordered brown because they looked tan in the photo-which is what I really wanted. The brown is actually really dark brown. They take forever to dry. But Hubby likes them so it's all good.

Nice plush 'springy' thick weave! The bamboo ('have some Work Gloves) a very robust material. so it won't chaff itself to an early death, rubbing bk'n forth in your shoes!

The socks are soft and breathable. I am size 9 men's and they fit me. They did seem to shrink a bit but they still fit me fine. What remains to be seen is how long they last. They do not seem very tough to me but maybe that is just my perception. If they fall apart too fast I'll come and update. So far I like em though.

I was little disappointed when these arrived because they felt pretty thin. I figured I'd give them a try anyway and was surprised at how comfortable the socks were. They are really comfortable for being so thin. Now, I wouldn't wear these on a long hike, maybe a couple of miles at most. But they are great for every day wear. I wear a size 11 shoe and the XL were just a bit on the large size. I'd buy these again.

I ordered the XL version for my boyfriend. The socks were washed before he put them on. They came out of the dryer (low heat setting) and were the same size as the ones I bought (medium/large). He can’t even wear them because they are too tight.

My sons loves the socks, they said they were very comfortable and soft. They wore them at Boy Scout camp; where they did a lot of walking. It is hard to find olive green socks and I was glad that these were available.

The socks are extremely comfortable, but are not very tough. The first pair I wore got a hole in them the very first time I wore them.

I bought these with a little trepidation about the possibility of shrinkage noted in some reviews. However, since my purchase from 6 months ago and several washings, I have not experienced any shrinkage. The only complaint(minor) is that it takes 2 dryings for these sox to dry. Every time, all of the other half sox are dry and these are damp. However, these are comfortable, warm and have not shrunk. Because of these experiences, I am going to buy another set. I guess I am going to set the dryer

Really soft cushiony socks. Fit perfectly. I wanted navy colored socks and these are certainly not what I think of as navy. They are a weird color blue.

These socks don't ride down around my ankles. The color is intense - not a faded out look. Very happy with this purchase. The colorful designs may not match certain outfits!
