My first review, written shortly after purchase, was how much I liked this coffee pot compared to Mr. Kaffee. Now, a year later, he doesn't pour water into the carafe. Yes, I used vinegar. Very disappointed.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant but decided to give it a try. You will not regret it! it's the perfect size, it's fast, it keeps the coffee warm. I just wish it had an auto shut off, but at least it has a light to remind you it's on. It comes with a permanent filter and a small measuring spoon, so it has everything you need.

Nice little coffee pot. I pour in the coffee and water, press the power button and the sweet nectar of the gods comes out the bottom and I drink it. I don't usually write negative reviews. When I first poured water into the pan to skip, there was an awful smell like the plastic releasing a chemical. I've spilled water through the pan and then spilled vinegar through it about 10 times. The smell is better, but the plastic taste is not reached when making coffee. I took my coffee pot from the river house and brought it home. waste my money

I ordered this because I only drink one cup of coffee a day and thought that with four cups it would be the perfect size. I used to have 12 cups. The 4 cup is so small that it only fills a medium sized coffee mug. I don't understand how they got 4 cups because I measured it with a real cup and it only filled 1-1/2 cups. I will use this for myself and save my 12 cups until the company arrives.
