Stainless steel looks good but is hard to hold. Fits well for the price. I never got the right amount of "toastiness" on my buns. Get an extra star because it makes toast, just not to your liking.

The toaster arrived quickly and was well packaged. I bought this for my wife to match her new stainless steel kitchen theme. What I like is that the toast comes out high enough so you don't burn your fingers removing it from the toaster.

I've had it for about a month, I would say I've used it maybe 6 times and already one side stopped working. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the other side stops working. Complete waste of my money. Update: still no communication with the seller.

Never use this bagel toaster. If the bagels rise after toasting, they won't budge. So the toaster keeps toasting and you don't realize it until you see and smell the smoke and your bagels turn to burnt mush. It's very very light, I was afraid of crushing it just by taking it out of the box. Also, it smells really really bad when you turn it on, and not just this new product that burns off the smell of manufacturing chemicals, it never went away, I've turned it on several times hoping to just burn off what it smelled like, and it just won't stop. Finally, it gets really hot even after just one use. I was getting warm just standing in front of it and then I wanted to pick it up and almost dropped it,

I love discounts so I bought this toaster to decorate our new house. The metal is thin and some of the plates have shifted when taken out of the box. They slipped right back in, but you could tell it wasn't a higher quality model. Pros: I like the stop button - this feature allows you to pop the toast at any time without shaking the levers. fried well. Nice and smooth with very small "hot spots". Bad Points: There's a small notch on the adjustment knobs so you know where to set the toast level,
