This item cannot be returned. When unpacking, the inserted batteries leaked. The eye mask is too tight and actually causes discomfort. I didn't feel any warmth because I couldn't wear it long enough to feel warm. I do not recommend. waste of money. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have ordered many of these eye and temple massagers because I like the feeling of relaxation and it helps when I use them I have headaches or migraines. I expected Brio to be one of the best so I invested in this one. While it seems to last and work longer than most, the pressure is very light and doesn't do much. In general I was disappointed and therefore the items are hardly used.

To my great surprise, no instruction manual is included with this product. Three AA batteries are included. The power is on, the controller glows an eerie blue. It shows three modes and then there's an H button that displays "HOT" with a glowing red light! Mechanical sound is everywhere, I might think twice before owning it.
