Great replacement for building materials

The fit was great and not as tight as we first thought. Too bad that no screws were included at this price, nor another tube of SB140 or butyl tape. The color of the smoke was what we wanted to block out so much sunlight. Delivery was as expected.

Quality and great price

Beautiful skylight. Comes with a tube of SB-140 sealant, you will need butyl tape. I bought 30 feet. Ride here on Revain. Keep your old screws or buy new ones if needed, this is not included. Installation is easy, the hardest part was removing the old one. Just take your time if you have a rubber roof.

A bit flimsy for the price

Arrived in perfect condition, thought it would be a bit thicker for the price but easy to install, came with cheap screws, I used #10 x 1 inch roofing screws that built have in washers and gaskets. This is only the "outer" part, you may need to order the inner part. I would buy this again.

It looked a little thinner than the original but looks like a quality product and was the right size

I replaced a cracked sunroof in my trapezoidal rat with this sunroof. It turned out to be a little thinner than the original but it looks like a quality product and was the right size. It had more screw holes than the original. I think 24 or 25 total. There are no screws in the kit but there is a tube of sealant. Instead I opted for Dicor lap sealant and once cured covered the perimeter with 4" Eternabond.

Easily homemade.

DIY seemed like a bit of a challenge; However, the instructions were well written. I watched a few YouTube videos on replacing skylights in residential buildings and followed the advice of the video authors to thoroughly and thoroughly clean the roof surface to be sealed with mineral spirits (sparingly with rubber roofs, plenty for aluminum) before installing the skylights). Supplied with butyl and tint concentration may vary

Three stars for an incompatible product. I ordered two of these to replace the clear ones. One of the skylights is beautifully and evenly toned. On the other side there are "stripes". Areas where the tint is more concentrated than the rest of the skylight. If I had just received an imperfect one I would attribute it "exactly as made". But it doesn't really affect performance. It just looks weird. By the way, this skylight comes with sacred and hard-to-find white butyl sealant. Edit 01/10/2017…
