After trying so many times to find a barber in the Tidewater area who could do a great but not great flat top I gave up and bought this comb. Eventually I gave up my local barbers and taught my wife how to use it. Although she's not a hairstylist, she did a great job. This brush helped a lot. With practice, she'll give me perfect haircuts and I'll never have to go to a barber again. Flat top seems like a lost art but I found my solution. Woman and that hairbrush! Highly recommended!

There's no way this feature could have a true "leveling" function for trimming/cutting hair (unless you stick someone's head in some sort of contraption to maintain consistent "level and level" status while you're cutting). plumb".
