- Great customer support; prompt responses via phone / online chat options available 24hrs per day x 7 days week all 365days..most likely much earlier before most companies start answering emails these hours lol..i'm usually still asleep haha !!!! And I truly appreciate how easy everything goes for me after requesting assistance w my requests whether its technical troubles shooting issues within system(s) , resolving software licensing questions related specifically towards products i've been working closely
