It doesn't work at all as it should

About 2 months after the installation, the device started to turn on automatically, although there was no power failure. It doesn't work at all like it should. If this were the case, it would only happen during the scheduled weekly test cycle or during a total power outage. I have asked for a replacement to no avail. Customer service doesn't seem to exist. Dissatisfied!

My B&S generator wouldn't start when the power went out and went through several diagnostic tests (which were expensive) which didn't reveal the cause of the problem. Finally a local B&S rep spoke to the company we use for the service and offered to replace this plate and provided a link to Revain for this part. In short, the part was installed and the generator was working as it should again.

When the engine started, everything worked correctly. It takes 10 times to start, which is not good for auto-start in standby mode. Called Briggs customer service and was told I would have to call a service technician at my expense before they could do anything. The original cranked until the engine started every
