Handy Ignition Tool for Quick Diagnosis

After I put it to the test, the ignition tester proved to be a simple and effective tool for diagnosing ignition issues. Its compact design allows for easy handling and storage. The bright indicator light makes it easy to read and interpret test results. One downside is that it only works with Briggs and Stratton engines, limiting its versatility. Nonetheless, a must-have tool for any mechanic working on Briggs and Stratton engines.

Pros
  • Easy to use and provides accurate readings of ignition systems.
Cons
  • Requires a separate power source to operate, which can limit portability.

Pros
  • Item packaging dimensions: 0.5"L x 6.25"W x 7.25"H
Cons
  • Guard

Does the job: tools and equipment

later I've learned that pulling the spark plug, grounding the spark plug and cranking the engine to check for sparks does not indicate if the ignition is on works correctly. . You need this tester. I didn't think the problem was the ignition or the plug, but I wanted to cover all the bases so my snowblower would work and I didn't have to dig with a shovel. The problem was only in the electric starter.
