Fragile and arrived broken

Received my lamps today and took them out of the box only to find a small plastic ring (probably diffuser) on both lamps. Pretty disappointing but given how thin the plastic is I'm not surprised. I will file a return + refund immediately and will look for higher quality items, possibly offline.

Some of the cool LEDs burned out after about 10 hours of use.

After 10 hours of use over 4 months some of the cool LEDs on one of the two rings have burned out. I don't even use cool LEDs because they look too bright for video conferencing. The cool LEDs only light up when I toggle between them to go to a warm color temperature. I would look elsewhere for something that lasts longer.

Operates only in the fully upright position (position shown in product photos here)

As the lights rotate to any position, moving from a fully upright position changes their center of gravity and causes them to fall. I need to set up a number of objects to lean on if I want to use them at an angle forward to focus on the subject I'm photographing. And I don't have the time or space for that in my tiny studio.

Great lights and customer service.

I received the first set quickly but one bulb was broken. I contacted the seller and he responded quickly and worked with me. They sent a replacement which is perfect! In terms of lighting, I mainly do macro photography indoors and this light is perfect. You have 3 settings and brightness adjustment. They're nice and bright when you need them, or give a nice fill light. They are perfect for my needs!

Handy, portable studio light

I use this primarily for product photography and am very impressed with the price. They give a bright but diffused light with the ability to change brightness and color temperature. USB powered means I can take it anywhere, the cable is a decent length and the built in tripod stand is a nice feature. My only complaint is that they sometimes tip over depending on what angle I set the ring at because the tripod legs aren't very tall, but they're easy to adjust and move around. They're not as…
